I had to remove the hood for her. The second breathplay hood is nontransparent and has a bigger air bag but also no breathing hole. Xiaoyu was wearing this one in the second scene. She was asked to find a pair of scissors with her wrapped fists. She tried twice. Although the hood is bigger and she can stay much longer, it was still a difficult task as she can’t see or use her fingers freely. Can she succeed? The last scene is classic. Xiaoyu was bound, sitting on a chair and rebreathing the air inside the hoods until she reached her limit. She wore the big hood once and the small one four times.     35 minutes    		  Xiaomeng Anaerobic Exercise and Rest Part 3 - Xiaomeng has been watching Tokyo Olympics these days and decided to learn from the athletes and keep exercising. As a result, the popular “Anaerobic Exercise and Rest” series now receives its new chapter! Like in the previous chapters, Xiaomeng was blindfolded and wearing her latex catsuit and a breathplay hood. However, this time the hood has no breathing holes at all. I believe that this new version will create better anaerobic effect than using the old hood with a breathing hole and blocking the hole afterwards. The first half of the video is all about anaerobic exercise. Xiaomeng did several rounds of high knees, sit-ups, lunge stretch and plank. She seems to have improved her physical strength a lot since last time, and for each round she can persist longer than before. The second half is of course anaerobic rest. I fastened Xiaomeng to a chair by taping her legs and wrists to the chair. First I made a test run to record her baseline of anaerobic rest, which is about 2 minutes and 10 seconds. Then six rounds of countdown rest were carried out, with durations increasing gradually from 15 seconds to 1 minute and 50 seconds. Finally, I timed another rest without countdown. She struggled till 2 minutes and 15 seconds mark before I had to release her. Ummm, there’s a little bit of improvement. Xiaomeng lay on the bed for a long time the next day. She said that all her muscles were aching. Well, it means that the intensity of the anaerobic exercise is sufficient, but the duration of the anaerobic rest is not long enough…  Xiaoyu Vacuum Compressed Wearing a Diving Mask

She was genuinely curious what it would feel like to see the outside world while being vacuum-packed. I was also very keen to see her eye expression during vacuum play, so I suggested, “Why not just wear a diving mask?” And that’s how this video came to be. The video’s content doesn’t need much introduction; suffice it to say, it’s all about compression. From simple, classic static poses to challenging unzipping the bag from the inside with one hand, then to attempting to roll over and being whipped, and even crawling in a human pup pose. We also included a short interview where Xiaoyu recounts her vacuum compression experiences firsthand, including her feelings from the previous underwater vacuum bag session. Being able to see her eyes through the mask really was quite a good feeling. After returning to the studio from the hotel, Xiaoyu was still craving more, so we did an extra, dual-camera display of her struggles. She must really be in love with vacuum bags now…
